How to keep your kid entertained during Spring?

Outdoor Activities

The great part about Spring in Chicago is that there are a lot of fun activities that you can do with kids outside. One of them is taking that good old bike and riding on it. This is a great opportunity to start teaching kids how to ride a bike. Another activity is star gazing at night. Now that the weather is a lot more pleasant it is nice to enjoy some stargazing as a family. Get everyone outside in the backyard and lookup. Everyone loves this. You can even teach them about the constellations while you’re at it. Finally, one last activity you can do with your kids outside is donating things. Okay, this might not be as fun and as conventional as other Spring activities but hear us out. We stop using things after winter because we receive gifts. You can teach your kids the importance of donating unwanted things. It is something great to do and teach at the same time.

Indoor activities

Now, there is some fun on the inside too. Scavenger hunts are underrated these days. People don’t do them anymore or just wait for Easter. But, you can organize scavenger hunts around all your house and it is a fun way for them to learn where everything is. Also, you’re encouraging them to learn and search inside their home.

These are our recommended Spring activities for kids. Do them as soon as the Season starts for them to have fun with all of you. They’ll be happy and entertained throughout all the season
